Refund policy

Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction:  At Trendipura, operated by Trendipura LLC, our mission is to provide innovative, practical lifestyle solutions that bring ease to busy daily schedules. We work closely with reliable product sourcing and fulfillment partners to enforce strict quality controls. If a product does not meet your expectations or arrives in imperfect condition, our compliance and customer care teams are dedicated to resolving the matter swiftly. 

1.       30-Day Return Window: To qualify for a standard return (such as an exchange or change of mind), item must be completely unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as was received by you, including all original factory packaging and tags. Such a return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. However, please keep noted that for standard returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2.       Product Faults and Defect Assessment: We recognize that certain structural defects can only be discovered upon initial inspection. Under US retail standards, if an item arrives damaged or experiences a manufacturing failure during ordinary, intended use within 30-day window, it will be fully covered under our manufacturing warranty. 

·         Our valued customers should report such defects immediately to our team via email at support@trendipura.com, along with the order number and clear photographic or video evidence of the defective products. 

·         Our fulfillment quality control team will audit the media to verify the manufacturing variance. Upon verification, a brand-new replacement or full refund will be issued immediately at zero cost to the customer’s wallet.

3.       Exclusions from Refund Coverage: To maintain fair pricing and protect our operations from return abuse, refunds or replacements will not be authorized for items showing signs of: 

·         Physical damage caused by customer negligence, misuse, or accidental drops. 

·         General wear and tear from extended daily usage. 

·         Alterations or tampering with the product. 

4.       Return Authorization Process (RMA Control):  All returns must be explicitly authorized by our team before transit.

·         Approved requests will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated domestic address of our localized fulfillment partner. 

5.       Refund Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

 

Please Note: Do not send return shipments to our New Mexico corporate registry office. Unscheduled deliveries to our corporate agent address cannot be inspected and will invalidate the refund claim.
