Our Commitment to Efficient Delivery:    At Trendipura, operated by Trendipura LLC, we realize that busy moms and families depend on reliable, timely solutions to the problems they’re facing in their daily lives. To simplify the shopping experience and keep transit times to their doorsteps as minimal as possible, we partner with a trusted network of domestic product sourcing and localized fulfillment centers across the United States. This allows us to process and dispatch the orders with premium care and efficiency.

1.     Domestic Shipping Coverage:   Trendipura proudly serves all residential and commercial addresses within the United States, including the contiguous US, Alaska, and Hawaii. All shipments include comprehensive tracking numbers, allowing our valued customers to monitor their packages' journey in real time.

2.     Order Processing & Handling Time:   To maintain strict administrative quality controls, every order undergoes an automated verification process before dispatch:

·        Standard Handling Time:   Orders are securely processed, packed, and handed over to our local domestic carrier networks within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding US Federal holidays).

·        Order Modifications:   Because our automated order-routing loop sends tracking details to our fulfillment partners almost instantly, any address corrections or cancellations must be submitted to support@trendipura.com within 2 hours of purchase.

3.      Transit Timelines & Delivery Standards:  Once an order leaves our localized sourcing hubs, standard domestic transit times apply:

·         Estimated Standard Delivery: 5 to 8 business days from the date of shipment dispatch.

·         Total estimated turnaround from the moment our valued customers click the "Buy" button to arrival at their doorstep is typically 6 to 11 business days.

Please note:   Delivery to remote regions, Alaska, or Hawaii may occasionally require an additional 2–3 business days, depending on local carrier routing.

4.     Flat Rate Shipping & Fees: We believe in straightforward, transparent pricing with zero surprises at checkout:

·         Standard Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat standard rate of $4.95 for all orders nationwide, including Alaska and Hawaii.

·         All final shipping and handling tariffs are explicitly computed and displayed on the payment screen before finalizing the transaction.

5.       Shipment Tracking Control:  Transparency is part of our customer service promise. Once the customer’s package is scanned at the carrier's terminal, an automated dispatch email containing a unique Tracking Number and a tracking portal link is sent directly to the customer’s registered email address. Our valued customers are requested to please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier system to update initial tracking telemetry.

6.     Missing, Delayed, or Lost Consignments: If the customer’s tracking profile indicates a delay or an unexpected anomaly, our dedicated care team is here to trace it for them.

·         If a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier but the customer has not yet received it, our valued customer should check their premises or with neighbors before contacting us.

·         For missing transit claims exceeding 14 business days, the customer must lodge an inquiry immediately at support@trendipura.com.  We will initiate an audit with the carrier network and arrange a priority solution or replacement.

·         If a package is officially confirmed lost in transit by the carrier network, or remains undelivered past 30 days from the dispatch date, Trendipura LLC assumes full financial responsibility. We will issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement order at no additional charge to your wallet.
